Refund Policy

The products we sell are Food Products.

The products we sell are "OPEN" food items which means that they are not canned, bottled or sealed.

Am I entitled to a refund?

Only in certain circumstances.

"Open" Food items do not qualify as refundable. This is to help ensure public safety.

Return Postage

IF for whatever reason you choose to return any item to us, the return postage is payable by you and is NOT refundable by us.

I don't have my receipt. Can I still get a refund for food items?

No, for consumer heath reasons, food items fall outside the accepted "Refund Policies" as defined by the ACCC.

Whilst some large companies "may" offer refunds for food items, this is entirely THEIR OWN policy and is outside the scope to the requirements as defined by the ACCC.

So even with a receipt, refunds on "open" food items are not applicable.

According to the ACCC, proof of purchase is defined as:

A receipt can come in the form of a:

• A GST tax invoice or
• A cash register or hand written receipt

However, this still does not cover returns on OPEN FOOD items such as fruit or vegetables which are not enclosed in cans, bottles or otherwise sealed.

Am I entitled to a refund if I've changed my mind?

No, you're not.

For example: Let's say you walk into a store and buy something and then walk back into the store after the purchase, with the receipt, and try to return it, even then you're not entitled to a refund. Australian food retailers are not required by law to refund any item, especially open food items simply because a customer has changed their mind.

RESTOCKING FEE

There is a 80% restocking fee PLUS handling fee for any item you return. Regardless of how long you have taken possession of said item. This is because the item must be disgarded for health and safety reasons and cannot be resold.

Handling fee depends on the amount of time required to accommodate your order, and includes office time and processing time before purchase and office time and processing time after purchase.
